Guideline for Abstract Submission
| ・ | Abstract submission is only available through online registration. |
| ・ | The presentation style will be oral presentations only. |
| ・ | Follow the instructions on the abstract submission screen and fill in all the required fields. Please pay close attention to the listed precautions when entering information. |
| ・ | To modify or delete your abstract submission information, please use the 'Edit' button provided in the confirmation email sent after registration. |
| ・ | The abstract title must be in English and within 30 words. |
| ・ | The abstract should only include the body text, without the title, institution names, or author names. |
| ・ | The abstract body must be in English and within 600 words. |
| ・ | Photos, figures, and tables cannot be included. |
| ・ | The following subdivisions of your abstract are recommended. -Introduction/Purpose -Material and Methods -Results -Conclusions |

Review Method
All abstracts will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee, we will notify you of the acceptance or rejection via email Around late December 2025.
Confirmation Email of Registration Completion
Notifications of receipt, acceptance or rejection of abstracts, and presentation dates will be sent via email. Therefore, please ensure that you register your email address.
